Spacing keys are special keyboard characters that are used to give appropriate characters that are used to give gaps in between words or typing lines. They are as follows:
These are special keys that allow you to use computer to perform specific functions. Examples are spacebar, tab key, delete key, return key, Alt key, home and end, insert and arrow keys.
Home row keys are the row of keys on the computer keyboard where you finger rest on when not typing. For examples, on the standard QWERTY united states keyboard, the home row keys for your left hand are A, S, D, and F and your right hand are J, K, L and ;(semi-colon). For both hands, the thumbs rest on the spacebar. By positioning your hands properly on the home row keys you can memorize where all other keys on the keyboard are located.
1. Numeric keys (calculator keys): These are activated by pressing the Num lock key. They are located on the right-hand side of the keyboard.
2. Alphanumeric keys: These keys are located at the central part of the keyboard. They are used for typing letters, numbers and notations into the computer.
