Voter’s registration simply means the compilation, maintenance and revision of a national register of voters on a continuous basis. The names of person qualified to vote in an election in a country and their particulars are written down and complied into books called voter’s register. The reason for this exercise is to ensure easy identification and to prevent confusion on the day of election.
Voting is defined as the process of electing representatives of people into the government of a state. It also means the act of choosing somebody into an election. It equally defined as the actual process of making a choice from amidst of candidates to represent the people in government.
