Types of Painting:

Having talked about still, life and nature painting the previous week, we will talk about the remaining types of paintings, namely, landscape, imaginative, figure and sea side paintings.

Explanations of types of painting

1.      Landscape Painting: It is the painting of the natural things in our environment eg vegetations, trees, hills, rock, river, sky etc

2.      Imaginative Painting:

          This is the painting of things from our memory eg playground, prayer ground, market place, fighting etc

3.      Figure Painting: This is the painting of human beings, both infant and adult in various positions eg sitting, standing, bending, sleeping etc

4.      Sea side Painting:

          These is the painting of things in and around a river eg fishing scense, picknic, swimming etc

4.      List two postures for painting humans
